All Faired Out

Another fair has come and gone. What a busy time of year for this house. Bobbie and Princess Weah had to show their 4-H calves on Thanksgiving Monday. They both did very well considering.

Princess Weah came home with one first and three seconds. Bobbie won three firsts and one second. By that I mean that the kids placed in the top three to win and first and everyone else in the class got second. It sounds a whole lot better than saying that they got 7th out of 8.

Bobbies calf took second for confirmation in our county. I was inpressed with this. I was also impressed that he was able to control the calf and she didn't go for a run down the midway.

He has had a difficult time training this calf. So the fact that he stuck it out is impressive in itself.
